The Information on this website includes excerpts of rules and regulation designed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) Health Training Institution Unit (HTIU), the Nursing and Midwifery Council of (N&MC) of Ghana and Conference of Heads of Health Training Institutions (COHHETI) to help regulate students’ behaviour throughout the period of training. It is hoped to be used as reference material for students in Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Twifo Praso.

The National Accreditation Board has accredited the running of Diploma in Midwifery, Registered General Nursing and Registered Community Nursing. The Diploma in Registered Midwifery, Registered General Nursing and Registered Community Nursing became operational in the year 2012, 2013 and 2014 respectively.
The college currently runs four (4) programmes; Diploma in Registered Midwifery, Registered General Nursing, Registered Community Nursing and Post NAP/NAC Midwifery.
Currently all the accredited programmes are 3 years.
